The first is probably the best.
It is more or less a flash based version of Adobe Photo Shop for the most part.
It is a very nice application and it is free to use. Nice Interface easy to use although it can get a little bit tedious when you want to fine detail something for those of us who are never content.

The Second application is also a flash based editor. Ease of use and many one click controls.
As quoted off of their main page "Picnik makes your photos fabulous with easy to use yet powerful editing tools. Tweak to your heart’s content, then get creative with oodles of effects, fonts, shapes, and frames.
And this is not far from the truth. It is fast and easy as is stated in the above quote check out a sample of their lay out by clicking the followingn thumbnail !!
The third application i tried is with a little less function but when all you need is a simple tweak it is a great contender.
it is an Ajax based Editor with a much quicker response time in my honest opinion. worth its weight in gold for quick edits to get your photos online quickly. And in with the clean tweaks you would expect only from something as developed as photoshop.

Although all the features are not free it does offer quite a few things to get the job done. But there is a paid service back end and I find most of the features are just liimited enough to entice the end user to pay to play. It is a nice Ajax based application similar to PXNB but my personal choice would be to go with the formentioned for its ease of use. It is another great online based app with an API for the end user.
